A gift deed doesn't have pre set format so you should go to revenue office and contact An Advocate for drafting the Deed.

See there is no format to gift property to GOD you can make a trust and can make an temple at that portion.
A gift deed must be made and the land be gifted with Lord Vishnu as the deity of the land.

Can execute a gift deed but such document cannot be registered and get it notorise on 500/100rs stamp. Usual format will apply.
