Thought to approch EOW as We and more than 1.5 Lacs customer got cheated in Independent TV
Dear Sir, We are Zonal Distributor for Independent TV (IDTV) and we are 80 distributor who has sold more than 1.5lacs connections of Independent TV. Everyone purchase connection from IDTV @ Rs. 2000 means total paid 3 Crores and our 80 distributor deposit is approx 100 Crore with IDTV. From 12th June due to non payment of Satellite fees. All TV got blank and from last 4 month we do not have any business. Also from last 4 month our customer are facing various problem like channel freezing. Also due to non payment of fees by IDTV we faced sometime disconnection of Star channels, Colours Channel and Zee Channels. Already given written communication to TRAI, Telecom Minister and PMO office but do not got satisfactory answer and commentment that IDTV will resume their services.

Issue legal notice to independent TV to pay satellite fees as due to non payment of satellite fees your customers are facing disconnection of various channels

file a police complaint against the company for cheating, breach of contract,
chances are high that police won't take any action,
approach to the High Court for giving direction to the police to lodge FIR and investigate the matter
1. Refer to the Distributorship agreement, if any, to find out the clause for remedial action in the event sch situation arises.
2. Since it is civil dispute you can act per the clause in absence of which you can file suit for recovery of money.
3. If there action is found to be fraudulent form the very beginning then file criminal case of cheating as well.
You can file the suit for breach of contract. Also PIL can be filed on behalf of the consumers

if it is the case of fraud and cheating and financial embezzlement then you may approach the EOW.
Also you may lodge a complaint in the police station ans if the police refuses to lodge a complaint then file a case before the magistrate.

Now for challenges you have to pay acc. to package and when yourself is admitting - disconnection due to non payment of fees than how service will continue ?
You should send them a legal notice for non payment of the satellite fees due to which you are suffering heavy losses due to customer complaints
You can also file a suit for breach of contract and losses due to non payment of satellite fees and claim compensation from company
