My father was buy land in 1995 but some issue not Register this property early days . after some time these Person was dead . 

Last 2-3 years we are register this property . but land person 4 Son told me give huge token money for Registrations. 

They are blackmail to my father give this much amount . if not give me then sale this land to other one . 

what is solution this issue ? .

You can file a suit for specific performance and get the said persons to get the property registered in this case from court order

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for offences like cheating, intimidation, fraud, breach of trust etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting documents.

2. IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet. The said Person may come down for settlement.

1. It the original owner has died then his legal heris are bound to complete the sale by making the sale deed.

2. SO his legal heirs are legally bound to register the sale deed and if they do not then you can file a suit for specific performance of contract.

3. Now this type of suit takes time and hence if you want to avoid running around the court then make some extra payment and get the sale deed registered.

If your father is having ther documentary evidence for having paid the entire sale consideration amount to the vendor then he can sue the legal heirs of the deceased vendor by filing a suit for specific performance of contract.

Do you have to possession of land and agreement of sale of land ??

If you have agreement of sale with proof of payment then you can get some relief.

But chances of getting relief from court are very low because of time which you have lost since 1995 due to limitation act you cannot sue the son's of seller. After 24 years.
