1.  A POA holder CANNOT further sub-delegate authority to another person, UNLESS & UNTIL the specific clause for this is incorporated in the original POA, by the original POA giver.

2.  POA authority /power, can be given only by the Master-in-Chief and not by any other person.

GPA holder cannot further give gpa it is not valid. The main gpa or owner has to do a confirmation deed.

No property can be transferred by a GPA of another GPA.
