• Regarding Applying for a central govt job during internship

last date for applying for a govt job was during candidates intersnship(Paramedical), whether his candidature will be considered not eligible to apply for the job since he was not completed the internship or he can apply for the same.
According to the prospectus the duration of the course is 3 and Half year including 6 months of compulsory internship andcandidate is eligible for the award of degree after passing in all the subjects of 1st 2nd and 3rd year ,
But as per Provisional degree certificate degree will be awarded after the completion of internship.
So if I applied for central govt job during my interrnship my candidature is considered eligible or not eligible for applying the job, ?
Is prospectus is wrong regarding eligibility for the award of degree?
Is there any problems in future if I applied and got govt job and start working.

You would be awarded degree only after completion of internship

2) on last date of application for govt job you had not completed your internship and was not awarded any degree

3) the notification must be mentioning that those awaiting result or who have not completed their degree cannot apply for the post

4) you would not be regarded as eligible for applying the job

You may have passed all the subjects but degree certificate has not been awarded to you

2) if the notification provides that those who have passed exams but awaiting degree certificate can apply then you would be eligible for govt job

Unless and until you got the degree in hand , you do not have the requisite qualification for applying to the post but some ads have the clarification that the candidates going to complete there degree courses on such and such dates they may apply for the job if this clause is not there then it presumed that you may clarify in the application form the facts regarding this and any how you have to complete your degree up to the date of interview. So, go ahead accordingly.

Wherever there is a eligibility criteria for any job the candidate has to fulfill the requirement accordingly.

If degree is the eligibility condition then the candidate should have completed degree as on the date of appointment.

The delay to issue degree is not  an explanation seeking to exempt from the delay to apply for the job.

The conditions for the employment are to be complied as per the law and the procedures.

Your prospectus is right but you have incorrectly interpreted the law in it. Just Passing the degree is not valid until you have completed the internship.
