It is ok if you have boldly put a disclaimer on the website and in pamphlets or other advertisements you are stating clearly about it.

Without seeing the title deed no advice on title can be made.

If there is defect in title publishing disclaimer will not sure the same.

So get all the deed checked by a local advocate and then invest in the project.

1.  DESPITE  any "disclaimer" clause, the website name would constitute misrepresentation, misleading, breach of trust among other penal offences.

2.  You can request permission from the Govt. for the same, subsequent to which you may be able to use the said domain.

You may be booked for misrepresentation as the name itself relates to cm scheme. Disclaimer is ok but India how many read the same.

GOV.IN is reserved for Government and Mukhyamantri yojna also similar to govt website so it is illegal to use similiar govt domain.

Hello,

You can not use the name of the government to promote your business in way that the public in large is deceived that the project is a government project.

Though such domain names are being used regularly, but in case any complaint is lodge by an individual the government may take appropriate action against you.

This domain in any way will definitely put you in trouble. Deceptive and causes a likelihood of confusion in the average consumer. Whatever disclaimer you will use but mukhyamantriawasyojna is purely of central govt. and any similar use will be count impersonation and may subject to penal offense.

Domain name will be different and in brief about project, it will mention that approved by govt under mukhyamantri awas yojna.

Since the name suggests that this is a government project and done by the governmental; agency, the people will be mislead by this.

The government may object to this and may even initiate legal action through their legal team on this, hence you may have to be careful by projecting the 'disclaimer clause' in bold letters in the beginning itself and take suitable precautions as prescribed by law in order to protect your future interests also.

The name title only suggest it's government project whether or insert disclaimer or not later on government may ban this website.

Instead I will suggest to have different name for your website and have list of all government scheme on that website as you are the service provider of it in public.
