• Double registration of my plot

Hello

I have brought a plot in year 2014 in Gram panchayat layout(Ibrahimpatnam, Telangana). Recently I came to know that, my plot has been double registered but with a different survey number(which is nowhere actually existing, but they(other parties) have produced all the fabricated documents to prove. they did this in year 2016). Can you please help me? Without our info, they even constructed a room in my plot. We are fortunate enough to file a FIR under section 447, 427 IPC.. Can you please help me, how to get rid of later register for the same plot, but they managed to create under a different survey number.

You have to file for cancellation and possession of said plot since the documents are false and fabricated the registry is not valid and the court shall order to cancel same.

Besides FIR,  you may file a suit for declaration of your title in the property on the basis of the registered title document in your possession.

You may file an application in the same suit for recovery of possession of the encroached portion of land also with another application for permanent or mandatory injunction against them to restrain them from interfering in your possession and enjoyment of the property in future too.

You need to file a declaration suit praying the court to declare the second sale deed as null and void and also a criminal case against your vendor for cheating you with dishonest intention. As far as not granting of injunction is concerned it can be advised only after looking in to your case papers and the stage of your case

Dear client

The criminal case of 420,464,465,467,468 IPC would be better option to get the relief.

And also file a civil case to declare there documents null and void as they are duplicate and obtained by forgery with help of officials of su. Registrar office.

  1. As per the information mentioned in the present query, makes it clear that you have rightly done by registering the FIR.
  2. Now, you should file a suit before the civil court of law seeking immediate declaration of their registration as null and void and also injunction from constructing any further on to the plot.
  3. In this way, criminal proceedings will be in continuation and you will also get your plot in future.
  4. You just have to focus on one point at any how as you have to prove before the court of law that you hit the property registered before them and there is a proof of any sought if agreement with the seller then it would make your case more strong.
  5. Rest, you are free to call me at any time for further detail discussion in this issue.
