No communication goes to respondents in such cases
In case of dismissal of SLP at the stage of admission and respondents have not filed an caveat, in such a case any communication goes to respondents from the court about dismissal of SLP?
Yes, about case has been dismissed the status if case gets changed and both the party are updated for that by registrar.
There is communication to respondents from the court about dismissal of SLP, if it is dismissed on admission.
No the respondent needs to issue notice from party filing the slp after admission. In his case as the same dismissed at stage of admission. The party filing the same can inform if required
No, if the SLP is not admitted and is dismissed the admission stage itself then there is no convention of sending notice of dismissal to the respondents.
However the order of dismissal at the time of admission itself being summary in nature does not operate as res judicata though.
If the LP ws dismissed at the stage of admission then there is no necessity to send notice to the respondents.
The question of communicating to the respondents do not arise under the said circumstances.
If the slp is dismissed in limine there is no notice to the respondents as the court considers that the matter doesn't require their consideration.
