No need to submit cremay layer certificate as it doesn't have any facility like open caste.  No one submit certificate as OPEN caste.  Still if you require you will get the same from revenue dept.

Since you are not claiming any benefit for OBC non creamy layer, you may not be required to submit any certificate because at the time of advertisements the clear directions are given in this regard.

if it is compulsory then apply to tehsildar for issue of creamy layer certificate 

This is not necessary in all the cases unless required , you can get the same from Tehsildar/SDM Office of your area.

Certificate is requisite when candidate wants to take benefit of  reservation under any category. As you comes under creamy layer, no certificate is required. But keep only caste certificate with you. May it came handy.

You have not mentioned that under which authority you claim the OBC NCL category reservation facility.

What was your father or what was your mother, were they employed in central government or state government or PSU or any other governmental or private employment?

Because for government employees salary income is not the criteria for obtaining NCL certificate.

Well if you say that you belong to creamy layer, you need not obtain a certificate for creamy layer.

Just mentioning that you belong to OBC and producing the photo copy of a community certificate denoting that you belong to OBC would be sufficient.

If you do not want to claim any reservation then you dont have to submit the creamy layer certificate or any certificate.

You have to obtain obc ncl  certificate only. If you want to claim benefits.

if you are Mentioning your category as OBC creamy layer then there would be compulsion to produce the certificate at the time of Interview or scrutiny of the papers.

and for getting the certificate you have to approach your Tehsil/Taluka office to apply the Certificate and there they will tell you the complete procedure for getting the certificate.

or other option is you can approach some agent who helps you to get the certificate by charging some service fees from you.
