Let them go to court. You have long undisputed possession. Next time they disturb, call the police. Where were they so many years. IF you will talk them, they will insists more. Hope you have complete chain of documents from the origin of land.

You should not give in to their demands. It's your land, and you must not stop your construction work.

If those chaps still sue you, I'm prepared to defend you in court as your lawyer. So contact  [deleted]. ([deleted])

See if the title clear at time of purchase and they are making false claim just file a caveat before the jurisdictional court and court and continue with construction in case they file case court will give opportunity to hear before providing them with any order.

Hello sir,

Please be advised as follows:

Since you have your land registered duly in your name you need not worry and continue the construction.

Since you must be having a registered sale deed with you all the revenue records would show your name as having title and ownership of the said land as jn Accordance with law.

You can contest their any claim by showing your registered sale deed if they try to obstruct the construction without submitting to any of their demands.

Please revert in case of any query.

Thank you.

Hello,

file a caveat in the court so that they do not get a stay from the court in your absence.

From who did you purchase the said land?

Hi,

You are suggested to file police complaint against those persons for stopping your construction. Also show mutation records in your favour.

If they hold valid documents then they may obtain an injunction.  File a caveat in the jurisdiction court and engage in conversation to get more information from them.

Dear client

If you have the all the documents of the land and it was registered properly in sub registrar office and also bank has sanctioned loan it means that land is clear and have no dispute of ownership or wrong registration.

Let those people file case if they want to it will be of no benefit for them. It will just cost them heavy court fees. They just want to squeeze money from you.

You may first file a caveat petition before the concerned court agaisnt those people who are troubling you with such issues, and then ask them to proceed through court for the reliefs they want.

Dont budge to any pressure, you can proceed until you are restricted from progressing the construction by a court order.
