Breaking a promise to marry to someone doe snot give rise to any actionable wrong or claim.

So breaking your trust or faith upon the girl that she would one day marry you does not entitled you to file any civil suit.

However of she had taken any money from you under wrongful circumstances then you can file both civil suit for recovery of money or criminal case of cheating.

You cannot force your girlfriend to marry you

2) you had consensual sex and relationship

3) if she has broken with you don’t file  any case of cheating against her

See for the money you can file case to recover the amount if you have given her any amount though as such no case against her is maintainable for amount spent.

Dear Sir,

There is no difference between men and women. It is a breach of oral trust and contract. You may share more details. The is to be enlarged and you case must be so projected so that no judge must reject it.

It's better if you don't, because if the girl files a case under Section 376, you'll be doomed.

I would advise you to forget her and move on with your life.

Dear Sir,

I don't think it's a good idea... in fact, it is a terrible idea.

You should just write it all off as a cost of doing business and/or experience gained.

It's only money... you can work hard and earn it many fold if you get an excellent life partner who supports you 100%. So, please drop the idea of suing your ex girlfriend to recover this money.

You can file a complaint against your girlfriend for cheating you but you cannot clean that you have got a marriage promise and that is not being fulfilled so you have to file FIR under section 420 and 406 against your ex girlfriend

You can file a case for Recovery of Debt, if you can prove that she had borrowed the money from you. You will need to collect all the documents to show the communication between both of you, including the transfer details.

There is no provision in law for suing her for cheating you by promising you to marry and now breaking the relationship.

However you can file a money recovery suit to recover your money if you have substantial evidence to prove the lending or the transactions.

Dear client

You cannot sue her for cheating on you and using your money.

Instead of that you can sue her for taking your advantage sexually but that too will be difficult it can land you in more trouble.
