You can file a complaint to the competent officer in the said Act. You can also file a complaint to labour commissioner. You can also file a case in labour court if same is not resolved.
I raised my PF accumulation transfer request from my previous employer to present employer 2 years back. My previous employer puts PF money in a PF trust and my current employer in EPF. After following up multiple times(via Grievance and RTI) with my current EPF office, I came to know that Annexure K which was shared by my previous employer to me mentions wrong EPF number to which money is transferred. My current EPF office asked me to get this corrected and send a signed copy of updated Annexure K mentioning my correct current EPF number on it to them. I followed up with my Previous Employer multiple times on this via Email, they used to reply earlier but after I told them that my current EPF office is expecting them to send a signed copy of updated Annexure K mentioning my correct current EPF number, they stopped replying to my emails. I sent reminder emails to them atleast 4-5 times but of no avail. Please help me on this. What kind of action I can take to get my EPF money in my current PF Account.

you need to go to the EPFi Grievance Management System website (www.epfigms.gov.in) and fill the required fields to lodge your complaint.
Is my present EPF office supposed to take action/or send reminder to previous employer Epf(pf trust) if I raise a RTI complaint to them? Please confirm. In my last RTI sent to my present EPF office they asked me to get Annexure K corrected by my previous employer Epf trust and send them a signed copy.
Send a mail giving full details and follow up actions by you to the P F Commissioner of your region with a copy to the SRO office of PF of your area and your previous employer, they will resolve the matter.
They can send reminders to previous employers but it is better you go to EPFI grievance management website and lodge complaint
They can't take action they can only intimate. Action will be taken by competent authority in the same.
Intimations and reminders via email may not fetch proper response from the employer.
You issue a legal notice by registered post through an advocate demanding your requirements, they will certainly give a reply as well as they will intimate the PF authorities the correct particulars if your advocate is endorsing a copy to the PF authorities.
You may have to comply with the requirement as demanded by the EPF office.
It is your duty to get the requirements complied properly better follow the legal route against your employer so that you will get relief immediately.
