• Harassment in Wipro Technologies

Wipro harassed me continuously each day for two years while I was employed with them as senior software engineer, from July, 2016 to October, 2018. Later a few managers of Wipro even confirmed that my previous company had escalated a case against me and wanted me to be brought back forcefully after being harassed in Wipro.
Wipro management also very proudly bragged that it is a business in Wipro to handle complaint cases and escalation cases of other companies, discipline the employee and send them back, forcefully if the employee does not want to join previous company back.
My harassment in Wipro comprised of passing threatening and intimidating comments on me and as well stalking by the corporate security team of Wipro.
Wipro's corporate security team used to stalk me both in company campus in Pune as well in public places and used to pass threatening comments on me, while not talking to me directly. This is a standard way of harassment in Wipro, used by corporate security team of Wipro, under direct instructions of management of Wipro.
When I started ignoring them, Wipro placed a few members of corporate security team on rent in my building in Pune, to shout threatening comments on me from their apartment throughout the night, which were audible in my apartment and were quite disturbing.
Now I have left Wipro and changed city from Pune to Noida but Wipro has sent their corporate security team after me, here in Noida too. Here too they have rented an apartment in my building and keep shouting threatening comments on me throughout day and as well stalk me in public places while continuing to pass threatening comments on me.
Wipro has also got me harassed in other companies by transferring escalation case against me and I have been forced to quit from four other companies since I left Wipro in October, 2018, due to intense harassment in the similar manner as in Wipro. I have made several complaints with Ombuds department in Wipro but they do not respond, as senior management of Wipro is involved in my harassment.

Hello,

If you are being harassed by certain individuals and the ombudsman is not entertaining your complaint then in that case you may go ahead and file a FIR against them for harassment and criminal intimidation.

See file complaint against the security team and the management for harassment and intimidation with the police but since the intimidation is not direct there is no proof of same for direct involvement it can be difficult to proceed against them. if police fails to take complaint petition before high court for direction to police can be filed.

1. You can file a Police FIR, requesting investigation and charge-sheet, for offences like Harassment, Intimidation, etc.... against the person, supported with all relevant supporting documents.

2. IF the Police does not take action, THEN you can file private criminal case u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., in the local Magistrates court, seeking directions to the Police to investigate and file charge sheet. The said Person may come down for settlement.

See to file complaint against them you need a strict proof of this connection and then you can proceed and can file a police complaint. As if there is no proof of same they can deny there involvement and onus shall be on you to prove same.

The harassment by Wipro staff even after your resignation can be handled by lodging a criminal complaint with the concerned police.

In my opinion, the Wipro being a very big organisation having a very vast employees base, it may not be interested to trouble or stalk or harass one particular employee especially when the employee has already left the organisation.

Hence your contentions though unbelievable,  may be addressed by a police officer if you lodge a complaint, did you do that ?

Take the assistance of an advocate in the local and proceed on the advise received in this respect.

You have rights to seek protection through law if you have been harassed or tortured by someone without any valid reason. You  can lodge a criminal complaint against the illegal acts unleashed on you by some miscreants before the local police, whether you did it or not?

You first approach police with a complaint on this and then think about further course of legal action on this.
