1) You have only option that a showroom manager can arrange a new buyer for that model and a buyer should be able to purchase it because for this vehicle in registered book will be mentioned as 2nd owner.

2) You can make complaints in Consumer Forum regarding this issue.

Yes, You can cancel the registration online on RTO site

If you have not taken delivery of the vehicle then you can refuse to accept the vehicle which is not of your choice.

The cancellation of temporary registration will be the job of the showroom if you have not accepted the vehicle.

If the vehicle now shown to you is not your option then you can refuse to accept the vehicle and insist on the vehicle which you booked.

The temporary registration done by them is also not acceptable to you since this was not the car of your choice, let them do anything to cancel the temporary registration.

  1. The temporary registration which you have got can be further transferred to a new vehicle if you happen to get the same for which you paid to them.
  2. Go through the agreement to loan or agreement to buy as to why exactly you are going to buy and what they have given to you.
  3. If there is any discrepancy then inform them to rectify it or otherwise you will have to go for exhausting the legal remedy before the court of law.
