• Government stay on agri land Karnataka Appellate tribunal

I procured 1 acre agri land at Bangalore outer, from another person in the year 2005.

3 years back, There was one random person who filed a case against a survey number ( my survey number ) with 30 acres ( multiple random owners ) saying that the 1959 grant, based on which this survey number was granted at the first place to numerous people, is invalid.

AC orders that the survey number must be on stay till the case is verified.

So, I along with other few party’s in same survey number, had filed objection in KAT. There have been hearings going on. Now, The matter is posted for judgement after 1.5 years.

Ideally when will the judgement be posted ? Also, if the judgement is posted against us, then what is the next step ?

See the judgement will be announced in open court and you can take certified copy of same from the tribunal. In case the judgement is against you an appeal has to be filed against the judgement.

Dear Sir,

The appeal lies with the High Court against the orders of KAT (Karnataka Appellate Tribunal). Please show your file to some expert in Karnataka and get short cut methods.

You may go in revision before the Commissioner and thereafter to other higher courts.

The court will pass judgment on the day fixed or it which you will come to know from the court's website or on enquiry from the office of the court.

If the decision is against you and as an aggrieved person you can prefer an appeal before the high court
