See if apartment association or society is formed ask for parking from the association if not ask for allotment from the builder.

If they fail to lalit same a consumer complaint feeling allotment and compensation can be filed.

If the association has not been formed yet, then you catch hold of the builder to allot and identify your parking space, if he is not doing so, you may issue a legal notice to him and after that drag  him to consumer forum for relief and remedy.

If association is formed then you may talk to the office bearers and get your parking space allotted as per the allotment letter

You can issue a legal notice to the builder demanding either the parking space or return of the amount collected from you for this purpose.

In fact he cannot charge you for the parking space, he can be dragged to court on this.

  1. As per the information mentioned in the present query, makes it clear that you just have had entered into an agreement with the builder and there must be a clause of allotting a parking space for the sum of Rs. mentioned above.
  2. As it has not been complied by the builder till now you should serve him a legal notice for the compliance of the agreement.
  3. If no reply then I would advice you to please file a suit for enforcement of the agreement to hand over the parking space or give the money back with interest plus litigation charges as the builder is at fault not you.
