Idea cellular is private company it wont reply an RTI send a legal notice for same.

RTI act does not applied here. Idea not comes under RTI 

Idea cellular is not a public authority but a private company

a RTI can be filed only to public bodies 

RTI application lies against the government bodies or the instrumentality of it.

The IDEA cellular having been a private entity , no RTI application will lie against it.

1 Information as per RTI Act can be sought from Government Departm,ent/Organisations/Agencies only and not from private entities like Idea Cellular Company.

2. You shall have to have Court order for obtaining any such information from the said Company.

you cannot file RTI application against Ideal cellular as it is private service provider

- Only Govt and Semi Govt bodies are covered under RTI 2005

- You can only complaint to the appellate authority of Idea cellular company or even can complaint to TRAI incase any serious issue needs to be addressed.

1) You can make complaints against Idea Cellular into Consumer Forum and TRAI.

2) Get whatever information you want from RTI on Trai website.

It has to be addressed through trai as idea is private entity outside RTI purview

it is clear and well stated that only government organisation and government funded organisations are covered under the ambit of RTI Act 2005. The RTI Act is not applicable on Private Companies.
