In a registered CHS closed garage owner is he liable to pay maintenance charges. Property tax is paid regularly to society.

Do closed garage owner require to pay separately repairing charges to the society. Being flat owner already paying repair and maintenance charges to society. Please advise.

The owner of garage is not required to pay.seperate maintenance charge for the garage.

If the garage is closed by the owner of the garage the charges of repair and maintenance should be paid by him and if the same is closed by the society, the owner may be discharged of his liability.
