• Mismatch of name in documents

Sir mere document me 10th and 12th ki mark sheet mein alag name h aur graduation/aadhar/voter id/DL mein alag name hai.
Iski wajah se mujhe competitive exam k form bharne me problem hoti h. Aur ye bhi lagta h ki selection hone k baad document verification mein disqualify na kar de.
Mujhe iska aisa solution btayiye jisse kisi bhi field ya organization me document verification mein koi problem nhi ho.

1.  Do Govt. Gazette notification of the last and latest name, as your permanent name and declare that earlier all names are of the same person and now your final name is the current name.

2.  Submit above document at all jobs /interview and other documentations.

1. This is quite common problem for many persons.

2. To overcome the confusion over the mismatch of name you must make an affidavit to be sworn in before the First Class Magistrate and then make a gazette/news paper publication.

3. on this basis you can start making corrections in the public documents. Old educational certificates may not be corrected anymore.

Yes if properly not published. If you have documents with you in two names then who will accept the same without any proper order issued by any legal authority.

If you have concrete proof with you then please first apply to the board concern or vice versa if they deny the same then go for the correction before the competent court by giving all the facts including the gazette.

You just need to make 2 affidavits stating the mistake in your Name. And apply to individual institutions/Board/University with the following documents:

1. Copy of Birth Certificate (attested)

2. Copy of HSC Certificate (attested)

3. Affidavit.

This should solve your problem.

Dear Sir,

Well name can play a vital role in issuing any govt doc. Even a spelling missing can change the identity thus its important.
If you are born after 1989 you have to provide birth certificate

 Birth certificate issued by a Municipal Authority or district office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths
 Date of birth certificate/ School leaving certificate from the school last attended by the applicant or any other recognized educational institution
 Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating date/place of birth as per the specimen in Annexure "A" by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants (Less than 10th class)
>>NOTE:
i) For applicants born on or after 26.01.89, only Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or the Office of the Registrar of Births & Deaths is acceptable.
ii) The Birth Certificate should contain the name of child, name of father and mother, date of birth, place of birth, sex, registration number and date of registration.
>>If the Birth Certificate doesn’t contain the name of child, a declaration on plain paper signed by parents, is required to be submitted specifying the name of the child.

For address proof:
Give your bank and employee docs.

Why there was a different name in some certificate to that of others ?

Well, you can make an affidavit stating that you are known by both the names and both are one and the same, the duly notarised affidavit may be published in a local newspaper to confirm that this genuine.

After that you can use both the names with alias
