See a suit for possession has to filed before the jurisdictional revenue/civil court as per the code seeking possession of your property.

Firstly you can give notice to the said person then a suit has to be filed for same if on notice the person fails to handover the possession.

1) issue legal notice to unauthorised occupants to vacate land in their possession

2) File suit for eviction against the unauthorised occupants

3) contact a local lawyer

Dear Sir,

File a suit for possession in Civil court and get a court order.

In a suit for recovery of possession based on title, it is for the plaintiff to prove his title and satisfy the Court that he, in law, is entitled to dispossess the defendant from his possession over the suit property and for the possession to be restored with him

Please involve the thana police for the purpose by moving an application to the Tehsildar of the area and obtain his orders or orders of the SDM as the case may be , don't try to twist the matter by using blank papers as you are already owner, these authorities are must to be involved because they act to keep peace and to maintain law and order and this is the question of law and order.

If the sale deed involving the transaction was registered then, the seller is bound to hand over the possession of the land. You have to file a civil suit for claiming possession.

Hi,

You are suggested to first give a legal notice to the person having possession to hand you over the possession and if not done by him, you may file civil as well as criminal cases against him citing unauthorised possession.

Sir, You can file a suit for declaration and possession. I would suggest you to file it as soon as possible.

You won't be needing the blank papers as such.
