मेरे पति ने मेरे खिलाफ तालाक का केस मथुरा कोर्ट में डाला हैं और मुझे घर से जोर जबरदस्ती कर निकाल दिया। फिर मैने भी अपने मायके जा कर घरेलू उत्पीडन, मेनटेनेन्स, और section -9 का केस डाल दिये। अब मेरे ससुराल वाले मुझे मेरे ससुराल मे नहीं रहने देते हैं मेरा 10 साल का बेटा हैं जो मेरी ससुराल में ही रहता है। मैं पुलिस के पास मदद के लिए गई तो पुलिस ये कह कर मुझे भगा देती हैं कि कोर्ट में केस चल रहा है हम इसमें कुछ नहीं कर सकते कोर्ट केस चल ही तो रहा है फैसला तो नहीं आया और जब तक फैसला नहीं आयेगा तब तक तो मेरा तलाक नहीं होगा। आप मुझे बताओ कि मैं अपने ससुराल में रहना चाहती हूँ क्या मैं रह सकती हूँ और पुलिस मेरी मदद कर सकती है या कोर्ट के ही चक्कर लगाने पडेगे मुझे।
