  • One person keeps following me

I had a friend back in 2016. Things not went correct between us and i told him to stay away from me.
He came back now and keeps on sending me the message to speak to him and also tries to involve my girlfriend in it. He also threaten me to come to my office and speak to me. He sometimes follow me back to home and i am seriously disturbed with this .

Is there any legal way to stop this.

You can file a police complaint against the said person for criminal intimidation under section 503/506 of the Indian penal code.

Also, restraining order can be sought against the person.
