Yes it does. You are convicted and punished.

See yes pleading guilty amounts to conviction and this can effect your Visa if this case shows up in your verification.

No it won't effect your career or abroad travel. However, in replying to question whether you are convicted or not; you have to state correctly that you are. You will also have to state the offence for which you were convicted and your punishment; which a fine.

As it was a minor offence, it won't effect your career prospects or foreign travel.

The case is already disposed so in this scenario you have to disclose same as same will reflect in your police verification.

Apply for the Visa immediately before the judgement. In the visa application form do not state anything about this. Since you are not convicted, you are still innocent.

Suppose the judgement is out, then go for an appeal. Immediately apply for visa. You don't have to declare this, as you have challenged it in the higher court. After getting the visa you may withdraw.

And next time when you ask questions please elaborate the entire stuff. You have not given the information as to when this happened and what is the judgement, etc.

There are numerous crimes that render you ineligible to enter the US. The two main categories are:

  • crimes involving moral turpitude, and
  • aggravated felonies.

generally, it includes crimes that make a person seem untrustworthy, such as fraud or rape, rather than "honest" crimes, like getting into a fistfight. The actual penalty for the conviction does not matter. If you declare a crime involving moral turpitude, then you will probably be deemed 'permanently ineligible to enter the USA

If you left only on fine then it's ok. But it will be treated as conviction if any punishment is inflicted upon you

It may effect your career if you are convicted  for non compundable offense however arrest may influence your LIU report for government job Or visa.  But in your case you convicted and imposed only fine 500 and this 337 is compoundable offense.it should be not affect your visa.

1.  Payment of Penalty /Fine is classified as compounding and not punishable with any term.

2.  Based on above, there should be no problem for any Visa or any jobs or govt. jobs.

Dear Sir,

Such records if come to light definitely effect your future travelling to abroad.  Better challenge such order saying that under some pressure and misconception of law you made to plead guilty.  The higher court set aside such order and remand back the matter.  Then you have two options; 1, is to challenge such charge sheet and get it quashed by high court.  2. is that you surrender for trial and get major witnesses turned hostile and get a acquittal order.

This is a petty offence hence once the fine is paid it will be disposed.

It may not reflect in your PCC for visa.

It's a good thing you did by paying the fine and getting the case disposed.
