Dear Client,

Above act previously called as workmen compensation act and word workmen substituted to employee. These cases are actually represented by advocates only because tortuous liability have to establish which an advocate can easily prove and calculation of compensation too.

if lawyer is duly authorised by the applicant by giving a vakalatnama in his favour, then he can represent the applicant in the proceedings on behalf of the applicant, subject to instructions given by the applicant to the lawyer, from time to time

a workers compensation Lawyer can help workers who are injured on the job recover compensation for their injuries, including medical bills and lost wages. Workers'compensation laws permit workers who are hurt on the job to receive a number of benefits, depending on the injury.

A lawyer can very well represent his client in the employees compensation case.

There is no illegality in it hence the opponent cannot object to it.
