I am planning to purchase a house with uds 690 sq ft..In the sale deed : This 690 sq ft is bought by seller from 3 persons with 230 sq ft each..with relevant parent documents(690 sq ft of shedule c is derived from 1+2+3 items in shedule b)..but in the shedule section,they missed item 3 in shedule b..(like missing a page)..but in the next page ,continued like shedule c containing 690 sq ft is sold to above person..parent documents of each items(230 sq ft) is there..is this a major issue..

They sold through general power of attorney..is he enough for rectification of deed..bcoz those three vendors may not be tracable..or just 3rd vendor should be there??
