He can but he needs to disclose the same that he was terminated. If suspension is there he can't as he had not been terminated yet
No he cannot join another job if he is terminated from PSU bank but in case of other private sector he can and he need to disclose about the previous employment.
What's the status of the disciplinary proceedings initainit against you? Has it resulted in your termination already?
If you are under suspension then you will not get NOC and even if you hide the fact i.e about your past job , you will get caught during vigilance verification which will be carried out immediately after you joined in new govt job.
No. Depends under suspension definitely not and after termination depends on the charges on which person has been terminated.
Dear Client,
Termination from one organization dose not barred employee to join other organisation except if in service rules,it is given than terminated employee cannot be allowed to take part in recruitment for particular years.
The reason is that the "dismissal" brings permanent "disqualification for future employment" either in Government or in Public Sector Undertakings. There is a distinction between "removal and dismissal". Dismissal does bring the permanent disqualification, whereas the removal does not.
Termination inflicted on account of misconduct by way of punishment this is of three types
a. Dismissal from services- This is severest punishment which bars an employee to get future employment in the same establishment
b Discharge- Termination of services which does not bars the employee to get future employment in the same establishment, if he is otherwise eligible
c- Removal- the termination of service though on account of punishment but without casting any stigma on the employee
