in Case you have an E- Stamp it can be corrected by making an application at the E-stamp Stockholders Office. mentioning your detail and correction they may charge a little amount and reprint the Stamp Paper.
Another way is to make the application to a Senior Officer (Asst. Inspector General) than Registrar, from where a direct notice will be sent to E-stamp office.
to be very simple it is better to get it corrected than to face difficulty in the future. it might take one day or two.
while mortgaging the property everything depends on the Bank Law Officer if he is satisfied he will furnish the Loan and if he disagrees with any of those points than they reject the application then and there.
or if in case you have a Hard Page Stamp then a simple application to make a correction in the register of the treasury will make your work done.
