Sir
I took a CC loan from andhra bank in 2008. I got sikhya sahayak job in 2011 august under Odisha govt which was contractual in nature. It took 5 years to me to close my stock and from 2016 there is no transaction . I paid the interest amount regularly . In june 2018 i cancelled my tin licence and officially closed my shop. The C C is still due. In mean while from in july 2018 I am declared as a regular employee in odisha govt retrospectively from august 2017.
bank asks for yearly renewal . as there is no shop i can not renewal. Is it possible to convert my c c loan to a term loan .and is there any action from govt as I was a proprietor for a time being.

I talked with bank and by taking a personal loan I will clear the loan. Thanks for your suggestion. There is no complaint against me and no one knows about my proprietorship till now.. Now the TIN no is cancelled. I am no way a business proprietor. Can any one bring a charge that I was a proprietor for a small time while in govt service after 2 or 3 or 4 years. And would there be any action?

Thanks to all for their answers. But as I am still confusing I request for a perusal of my problem and advice me on which ground I can confront if in future the problem arises.
As per your advice I talked with the bank manager and he assured me a personal loan by which I ll clear the C C Loan in first week.
But as I am confusing in the matter of govt action I need your blessed suggestion .
That while I was in contractual job between 2011 to 2017 , the business was in my name. From 2017, August I was regularised and it was declared in july 2018.STILL THE BUSINESS IS IN MY NAME.
In June, 2018 I applied for cancellation of TIN No and in July I got the cancellation letter. I cited cause of cancellation as --- getting a government job-.
Today only the CC is pending and I am clearing the same in first week.
Question is WHETHER THE ODISHA GOVT WILL TAKE ANY DISCIPLINARY ACTION on this matter -- I. E
PENALISE me because - I WAS engaged in a trade in PAST.
WHAT ARE THE GROUNDS TO TAKE SUCH ACTION AND HOW CAN I CONFRONT IF SUCH A SITUATION ARISES.
