One of my friend was business partner with my brother. Somehow they make loss in that business and seperated two years ago. Now that friend is demanding money from my brother and send the notice which includes my name also. He send this notice to police commissioner, polish station, passport offices. As I'm traveling outside India regularly due to my job. He mentioned to deport my passport aswell . It is just matter of 5 lac rupees. Please let me know what should I have to do as I'm wrongly involved in this matter.

Sir reply the said notice and further give notice to said person that you have not taken any amount from him and he is defaming you with false allegations so you shall take action against him.
So by the notice cum-reply call upon the said person to tender apology to you and withdraw notice. Further on notice police will not take any step against you.
1) issue legal notice to your friend to with draw false and defamatory allegations made against you
2) if he refuses file suit for damages against your friend
3) you would not be deported as it is a civil dispute between 2 ex partners
Sending a legal notice to passport office or police station is not effect, only court have power to stop you for travelling abroad.
You should file NC in local police and also you can file defamation case against under 499 IPC against him.

Since you are not a part of the matter, you may tender a reply to the notice and send a copy of the notice to the commissioner as well.
If however any complaint is lodged then approach the HC for getting the same quashed.

Sending information to all these channels does not mean they impound your passport. If the partnership deed was written and register then he has to file a money suit to recover the balance amount of loss.
Sending is notices in your name that not make any sense and as you are not be partner in business the court will drop your name in case of money suit.
