Hello I have reached a compromise on crpc125 and given custody to ex wife whilst case was going on she sent both minor children to private school once I paid she has withdrawn them from school and is saying will enroll them in public school. She has the money but now harassing me that she can do whatever with their education Is there something I can do? As when maintenance case was going on she sent them no days off now she got the money has kept them at home and saying will enrol public school she won’t give any information on which school she’s sending divorce has been done is there legally anything I can do as in custody case I gave her affidavit that she has both minors. But now she is spoiling there future Please advise

Firstly, when you are paying for the child, you should always pay in such a way that only the child will be able to get the principal amount after becoming a major. That is, say you are giving 10L to the child, then put that 10L into FD wherein the child will be able to withdraw the amount after turning 18yrs, till then the guardian (your ex-wife) will be able to enjoy/utilize only the interest of the sum.
If at all you've not done something like this, then you can approach the court under Guardians and Wards Act. You can pray for modification of the court order.

If the welfare of the child is being compromised then you can file a case of custody even if the divorce has been granted and the custody mutually has been given to the mother.

your wife is greedy and hence she is playing with the children's future. you should file an application before the magistrate and in case the order is against you then criminal revision against the s125 application as your wife has not complied with the court's directions.

You can file a petition to seek custody of your children gowing to the changed circumstances where your wife is not sending them to school which is her duty.
You can state in court that you had given your wife money as well as a custody of a children on condition that the money would be used for the Welfare of the children and as wife is retracting from her earlier statements and spoiling their future by not sending them to school.
