Case if any has to be filed in Nagpur as land is situated in Nagpur
2) file writ in Nagpur bench of HC to direct corporation to pay you compensation for land acquired
Dear Sir, My father purchased a plot in Nagpur and we did registered agreement on 23/3/2001. In year 2002, the local municipal corporation (Nagpur Improvement Body) sent a letter saying that the mentioned plot came under the 18.0 meter wide DP road development and directed us to remove the construction if any on the said plot. In year 2010, as I said earlier they built road on my plot. In year 2012, NIT sent letter along with TDR form 69 and we filled and returned the same. It's more than 8 years now but we have been still waiting for compensation. Last year, we hired one local layer their but he just gave us false promises and did nothing. Kindly tell us what legal options we have in this regards? and can we file case here in Pune as we shifted here.

2) file writ in Nagpur bench of HC to direct corporation to pay you compensation for land acquired
You can file a writ petition against Municipal that to pay immediately the compensation to you along with other costs and damages including the interest up on the total compensation.
Sir file a writ petition before the high court to direct the authorities to release your compensation amount along with the interest . The writ has to be filed before the jurisdictional high.court where immovable property is situated.
Firslty, as per the information mentioned in the present query, makes it clear that you have not been paid the compensation yet.
Secondly, I advice you to please write a representation to the concerned authority as you have mentioned in the present above query, and then wait at least one month for them to act upon the same.
Thirdly, if they do not act on it then please file a Writ of Mandamus under article 226 of our Constitution for seeking direction to then to pay the compensation.
Fourthly, it may only be filed before the Hihh Court of the state where thee property is situated.
You can't file case at Pune so the case has to be filed at Nagpur.
But my suggestion is as some one has played mischief with you then file directly a writ before the Hon'ble High Court as you can file the same for the land compensation.
Dear Client,
What are you waiting from such long time, file writ in HC for compensation, acquisition is illegal as Whenever, it appears to the appropriate Government that land in any area is required or likely to be required for any public purpose, a notification (hereinafter referred to as preliminary notification) to that effect along with
details of the land to be acquired in rural and urban areas shall be published.
Hello,
