a Company cannot refuse giving experience certificate/relieving letter when an employee resigns properly. You have right to take legal action against your previous employer.

Dear Client,

If central govt. requires precious job experience than disclose otherwise what the need to disclose.

Also disclosing has no effect, no certificate will require to prove previous employment.

1. When you have not got the appointment letter then what was the need to resign ? Simple was to stop going. If you have got the new assignment on the basis of old experience then there is need of the documents but you can use your resignation if have been reply of acceptance has been received or if not then use PF record stating the reason.

2. As above.

3. They will not be able to locate the previous employment from the AAdhar card.
