• Related to Min wages and VDA clarification in Telangana

I have a few questions related to the Minimum wages in Telangana.

We are a BPO with our branch office in Hyderabad (Head Office in Gurgaon)

1. Is BPO a covered entity under scheduled Employments of Telenagana ?
2. If yes, then what are the minimum wages for a BPO worker (Telecalling Agent) in the state ?
3. Can minimum wages be divided in 3 Parts as Basic+VDA+HRA = Gross Salary ?
