• Eviction of a house (Sale deed is in the name of my wife) in which my sister's family is residing

A land was purchased in the name of my wife for building a house in district headquarter Sasaram,Bihar, in 1997 and a house was built on the land.There are three rooms two bathroom/ toilet. My father retired in year 2000. He was a diabetic patient.So after retirement he fell seriously ill and expired in 2008. When my father fallen ill, my sister ( I have a sister) came to see him and remained in my wife's building for six month's and returned to her father -in-laws house. Again, after a month,she came with her daughters and lived in the hou s for a year. Thereafter, her husband also came here to reside in this building in the name of looking after my father. At that time my wife allowed her to reside in the house totally on

Sir your wife has to serve a eviction notice on the sister asking her to leave the premises within 15 days from of receipt of notice further mentioning that she was under the permissive possession of property for taking care of father now she has illegally occupied the property.

Further ask your wife to file a police complaint for illegal occupation.

You can file a suit for eviction based on your acquired title. The police will have no power to help you as this a civil dispute or You can approach the mediation centre In court of your local jurisdiction..
