My father retired in year 2000. He was a diabetic patient.So after retirement he fell seriously ill and expired in 2008. When my father fallen ill, my sister ( I have a sister) came to see him and remained in my wife's building for six month's and returned to her father -in-laws house. Your wife can ask to vacate the house, if not than police complain of trespass.
SInce your sister is having no title upon this property and the same belongs to your wife, you can get them evicted from your wife's house legally.
