• Termination given to me reason for absconding employee and confirmed your services are terminated

I am Informed to you sir medical issue treatment in hospital that time I could not able to attend phone thatway I am return back to hospital given resignation mail request and hr team given absconding employee and confirmed your services are terminated. 

Can Pls tell me request to acceptance resignation letter possible or not and reconsider in my termination possibility or not 

Another one Requesting in my variable amt and EL leave amt and 13 day working amt

Go and meet your superiors in company

2) submit written representation by email that you never absconded that you were in hospital enclose copy of your medical certificate

3) request them to set aside termination letter and to accept your resignation and clear your dues

Hi,

You first take resignation, relieving letter and other requisite documents, then only proceed for joining new company. Also express ignorance in future if asked that you had prior knowledge to work with that same client.

The employer may terminate an employee who is unable to fulfill obligations under the employment relationship due to illness. A medical termination is not disciplinary in nature.

Sir since you have informed the office regarding the condition and placed your resignation the company cannot terminate you on ground of absconding employee as there were serious personal reasons so give a legal notice to company to revoke termination on the absconding ground and further accept the resignation letter and pay the full and final settlement along with the relieving letter and experience letter.

The option before you is that you can issue a legal notice demanding justice and set aside the termination order instead to relieve you as per your resignation letter.

If you dont get the desired relief, you may file a writ of mandamus before high court seeking relief and remedy from your employer
