you have no rights on your grand father self acquired property
you only have right on ancestral property

Is the property of your grand father his self purchased or ancestral property?
If your grand father purchased this property from his father then it is ancestral property wherein you have an equal share. As such, you may cull out your share by filing a case for partition in court.
