You have MA degree and degree certificate mentions you were regular student of the college
it should not create problems in your job
In the year 2014 I started my MA(Regular) and just after the completion of 1st year (2 semesters), I got selected in LIC as a Development Officer in 2015. After that while working in LIC, I also completed my remaining 2 semesters (till 2016). Although they granted me permission for this but it was just verbally, nothing in written. Then I resigned form LIC in 2017 March. Now, this year (2019), I got selected in Public Sector Bank as a 'Rajbhasha Adhikari' on the basis of that MA degree. Now the question is that, will this create any kind of problem in the future as I completed my MA while I was in job? Because somewhere I heard that we cannot do any regular course along with any job..Please help me .. I m really worried about this... (From College side everything is clear. I have got my all Mark Sheets and Degree mentioning that I was a regular student of the college....)

No need to worry. Permission is required for new admission. Not required to continue any studies admission of which has been taken prior to job.
Continuing one's education at any stage of life is an ordinary right and such a right cannot be restrained or restricted, even in respect of a Government employee, except under a provision having the force of law. The CCS(Conduct) Rules contains no express provision that an employee cannot continue education unless he obtains the permission.no need to worry.
See this can create issue as you cannot show experience in working and regular degree together as you cannot be at both places at same time so either you have to hide your experience in LIC and use degree.
Who will object to it or will raise the question is the question to think so think over it and you will get the answer.
Hi,
There is no problem in that and you must make your stand that you were permitted for the regular degree from the organisation.
This is true , while in job, regular course not possible without proxy attendance. Was it morning or Evening classes ? How many days in week ?
Well, You can submit, You were permitted orally to conduct your studies and was allowed to take break for attending classes . Don't stress much until clarification not asked.
@Mohammed Mujeeb sir, what do you mean by 'except under a provision having the force of law' @Shubham Jhajharia sir, what do you mean by 'hide your experience'? - does it mean that I should not mention it in any form or application in written (if yes, then I have not mentioned it anywhere neither in past nor I m going to do it in Future),(moreover in bank also I have not shown this experience, where I have got selected) - or does it mean that I should take care that no one comes to know that I have experience (but how it is possible, as many people including LIC officials in Division Office know about this) @Koshal Kumar Vatsa sir, actually the only fear that I have right now is the candidates who were selected along with me in LIC. They know that I was doing my PG when I was in my job. And I am little bit worried about this that they may also complain in the Bank regarding this. @Ganesh Singh sir, but how can I make my stand as I have no proof in written that I was permitted to give the exams by LIC.. @Yogendra Singh Rajawat sir, - From LIC , I took the permission only for giving the exams(and not for attending the classes) - because my college is of local type where attendance is 'not compulsory' and thats why I got 'Regular' degree from college despite of not attending the classes regularly (although I attended the classes first 2 semesters completely, and from college side everything is clear and there is no issue regarding attendance) - I was posted 300 km away from my hometown (my college was at my hometown), so there is no question of attending the classes, either morning or evening and thats why I took permission only for giving the exams because attendance was not at all compulsory in my college...
Regular attendance can be manage by proxy and normal in colleges. But rules says degree obtained must be attending complete lectures. Well, not of much to bother. Don`t show your LIC experience. Anyway, your present job may not demand for previous experience.
you have to take stand that attendance was not compulsory in college and you were granted permission by your employer to appear in exams
See if you are using degree then you in filing forms for exams have to hide your experience with LIC also in case somebody complaints there can be issues.
In my opinion this should not be a problem since you have already obtained permission from the employer especially considering your nature of employment which do not mandate you to sit in the office throughout the whole day.
You may not reveal about your previous employment since it will be of no use to you for promotion or salary protection.
If you do not want to listen to any advice of anyone of this forum and you want to think in the manner what appears in your mind then even God cannot save you.
By revealing all the details you ,may not get the employment, hence you may decide whether to reveal the details or to suppress the information which is not an essential information to be disclosed since your experience with LIC will not be counted in your new employment
Hi,
It happens with many government employees and they get the degree in the same manner like you. Under this circumstances, the only way left is that you seek take grounds of department permission.
