Lawyers are available now to answer your questions.
If mother is alive, none of son daughter can claim any share or right in the maternal grandfather's intestate property.
mother certainly has a right to a legitimate share in her father's intestate self acquired property but only she can exercise her rights and not her heirs during her life time. However upon her Will or on her intestate demise, her legal heirs can claim hier share out of the said property.
you have right to seek maintenance from your husband and children
2) make application to senior citizen Tribunal and seek maintenance from your husband , son
after your husband's demise, you will have a right to the property as a legal heir of your husband
your children will also have equal right with you
your daughter in law has no right in this property
After the death of your husband you will get equal share on that property as your children. Property will be divided equally among you all.
You have all the rights to maintenance from your husband till he is alive and that can be acquired from the estate in his possession
In case nobody is taking good care of yourself you can file a complaint against your son daughter and husband and bound your husband to pay your maintenance charge as per the estate and any other income having
As this is ancestral property eventually you have no rights during the lifetime of your husband
If the property is from your husband side, then you dont have any rights in the property at least not during the lifetime of your husband
If your husband is not taking car of you as well as your son is not taking proper care of you, then you may approach senior citizens' welfare tribunal for relief and maintenance amount.
Sorry to break your ice, but you do not have any right in the ancestral property of your husband.
If they are not paying attention to you, you can file a suit for maintenance against your husband and your children in order to claim maintenance from them if you are unable to maintain yourself from your own income.
