Is any travel restriction imposed on bail order ???

If not no problem you can travel abroad otherwise you have to seek modification of order and permission from court has to be taken for travelling abroad.

Further having an FIR on record you might get visa issue with some countries for that individual case to be seen.

Sir, perused your query in details. We would advise you to seek prior permission from the Magistrate before leaving for abroad. In that manner there will be no hindrance

No, this FIR shall not create any hurdle because according to the motor vehicle act it is a bailable offence. It is settled law that a person is not presumed to be an accused only on the basis of FIR.

Though if there is no restriction to travel abroad, for a shorter trip, it is always advisable that you may obtain permission from court to travel abroad since this is a criminal case pending against you.

Since you have received bail and hopefully there is no conditions to that bail you have no need to worry about your abroad travel. If there is a specific order for not leaving the country without prior permission of the court or the police authorities or you have to attend police station or if your passport is ceased then you may be prevented from going abroad.

But you will have to disclose your case before the visa authorities otherwise it would create unfavorable situation while being abroad.

Also another important part is that the embassy of the concerned country of the proposed visit does not have any objection to grant visa for your travel. Then you are more than free to go.

Another suggestion, do not go to court or police to seek permission, it may inadvertently be denied by the Court.

Dear,

It's not a big crime, you got bail also, so relax and

prepare yourself for the travel.

1. Mere pendency of any criminal case is no deterrent to travel abroad unless there is any specific order of restraint against foreign travel.

2. So first check whether in the order of bail there is such restrictions on foreign travel or not. If there is none then travel as usual.

3. So take information from your advocate.

Dear Client,

Check the bail bond, must be a condition there, that u will not leave the county/state or fled. If no than u can go, but there has to be some advocate who is representing u in trial.

Otherwise, take court permission, such cases are pity, court won`t deny, temporary visit

Hi,

For traveling abroad, you are suggested to take permission from court where case is pending.

No. Only if you bail order states that you can't leave India without permission of court then you need to apply for the same in Court.
