1) You can check with university office with registrar or education ministry. How and when they are going process online scholarships fees back to students account.

In state university there are Public Information officer appointed.

So your mother is not directly responsible to answer RTI the concerned pio will seek answer information from mother so don't worry there can be no legal action.

Further if the higher authority has signed the document it is his responsibility.

It depends on what legal case the student will file. Now we can't anticipate without knowing the charges in the FIR.

Hello,

No legal case can be filed in furtherance of the RTI, if the case will be filed then it will be filed against the department and not your mother.

Also, if the student will not be satisfied by the answer then he will file appeal to seek further information before the CPIO

He must not make your mother to any case which he files.

Mostly, his grievance, if any that remains unaddressed will be towards the relevant higher authority as quotes in the RTI reply.

Why should the student go to court? She has not given any wrong suggestion and there is no illegality in her reply hence there's nothing to be scared about it.

She can challenge the same even if there is any dispute in this regard.
