Dear sir.
I am pavan kumar from village :Mutpur. Mandal:Kondurgu.
District:rangareddy.

My agricultural land is occupied by some body.
I am trying to clear with mandal Survayer. But he is not ready to survey. Because my opposit person is paper reporter. So he is managing with some influence.
And recently he is made one check dam which will fill completely with water in rainy season.
So how can i proceed.

Approach the civil court and file a civil suit.

Seek removal of encroachment from your parcel of land and seek injunction against this encroacher from disturbing your user and possession over this land.

file suit and seek court orders to direct person to vacate portion of your land in his possession

2)apply to survey office to carry out survey of your land

3) if neighbour refuses to agree obtain court orders in this regard

4) file police complaint of criminal trespass under section 441 of IPC against neighbour

2. Lodge complaint with police.

3. Lodge complaint with Revenue Authorities.

1. FIRSTLY file FIR with local Police Station, for Criminal Trespass and Intimidation, supported by documentary evidences and other witness, as available.

2. IF police do not take action, THEN file Private Criminal complaint, in the local Criminal Magistrates Court u/s 156(3), thru a local lawyer. This will initiate to set right the wrongful encroachment and usurping the property.
