Dear sir. I am pavan kumar from village :Mutpur. Mandal:Kondurgu. District:rangareddy. My agricultural land is occupied by some body. I am trying to clear with mandal Survayer. But he is not ready to survey. Because my opposit person is paper reporter. So he is managing with some influence. And recently he is made one check dam which will fill completely with water in rainy season. So how can i proceed.
Approach the civil court and file a civil suit.
Seek removal of encroachment from your parcel of land and seek injunction against this encroacher from disturbing your user and possession over this land.

You have to approach the following officers and also file a suit for injunction against such person.
1. Lodge complaint with Taluka Surveyor.
2. Lodge complaint with police.
3. Lodge complaint with Revenue Authorities.
4. File an application for appointment of Court Commissioner preferably Taluk Surveyor.
You can report the same to your local municipal authorities it Panchayat about the illegal encroachment and construction. If they don't take any action you need to file a suit in civil court for the same.

If u have property documents, sale deed, file FIR.
If you have title documents in your name and still the opposite party is creating problems to you then you may have to approach court with a mandatory injunction suit restraining him from interfering with your possession and enjoyment of the property and also an adinterim injunction as an interim relief.
1. FIRSTLY file FIR with local Police Station, for Criminal Trespass and Intimidation, supported by documentary evidences and other witness, as available.
