The person cannot demolish your compound file a criminal complaint of treaspasing and damage to your property against him. If any person has rightful claim then also he cannot enter and damage your property.under Section 441 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 which defines ‘criminal trespass’ as ‘Whoever enters into or upon property in possession of another with intent to commit an offence or to intimidate, insult or annoy any person in possession of such property, or having lawfully entered and unlawfully remains there.’

Also file for permanent injunction against that person in civil court so that the person cannot enter your property in future.

You can also file a declaratory suit for your title.

Or if the person file any suit against you can defend same on your valid title.

Lodge a FIR against this person.

He has committed an offence by unilaterally entering your property, which in effect amounts to encroachment and causing damage to the same.

Dear Sir,

Such high handedness being seen frequently in Bengaluru city. You just go to Sub-Registrar Office and get Encumbrance Certificate for the last 30 years and after getting information about various transactions on your site then get copies of all sale deeds or other deeds. Then come to me office will all other your title deeds then we can decide what course of action can be taken against you. In the meanwhile immediately lodge a complaint with local police and get acknowledgement.

If they have indulging in such illegal activities you can approach police with a criminal complaint against them.

If they claim that this property belongs to them then they have to follow due process of law only and they cannot enter into this type of atrocities and illegal activities.

Simultaneously you can file a mandatory injunction suit against them restraining them from not to interfere in your possession and enjoyment of the property.

You discuss with your Advocate and resort to legal steps immediately.
