i want to know the procedure of property transcation in year 1985 in delhi through gpa. and at that time does registered gpa was done or only notarised gpa was valid document. with consideration amount reciept.

Hi, in this case pls contact local advocate, it is always suspicious about GPA transaction.
There is nothing such as 'Notarised GPA".. Registered GPA was the norm.
