You have to check your appointment letter and find out whether the removal is as per process mentioned therein. Termination letter must have mention about reason of your removal and if not then try to get reason of removal.As you have been in job for 20 days only, hard chance to reinstatement.

Even then at secretariat level they havent send me to training. They have put up file which is pending with cm. Till now i have got no written termination letter or no written reason to debar from training or no salary . Losing exp. Dont know if i apply for another job or wait for govt order .
