I have canceled the authorization before the registration of the transfer of property and the transferor authorized the transfer. The price is lower than the court's price. 4. Thereafter file a declaratory suit praying for a declaration that the said registration of deed for transferring your property is invalid since you had already cancelled your POA and praying for a direction upon the Registrar to cancel the said Registration.

If the POA has been revoked before the transfer and still the agent has transferred the property then you can file a criminal complaint against him and also you can file a suit for recovery and injunction against the said person.
