The land was gifted to your uncle by his mother in law and will be his own property. A family members of you will have no right on that property even if at the time of gift there was a joint family but the land was gifted to him only and can not be passes to the rest of the family.

This property which your bade chacha inherited under a gift deed, is the self acquired property of your bade chacha.

Your father and uncle cannot stake a claim in this property.

If the property is lying on ion your bare chacha's name, then your father or his other brother cannot claim any share in that as a right.

The property documents and Levant papers are to be seen for giving a proper opinion, hence you may approach a local advocate dealing with property disputes for proper discussion and opinion and suggestions for tasks ahead.

bare chacha ko chacheri saas dwara sasural se jamin gift me mili WO bare chacha ke name se daan-patra hai lekin jis samay daanpatra bana uss samasay mere father aur chote chacha nawalik the aur familily joint tha joint family ka documentary proof hai kya mere father ko uss daan-patra me hissa hoga ? Agar hoga to kis low se hoga kis section se hoga

Since you have mentioned that this property was given to your uncle as gift by his i laws, it belongs to your uncle alone.

Neither your father nor his another brother can claim any share in that property as a right just because they were living together as joint family.

You first ascertain that on whose name is the property lying as per the registered document and then consult a local advocate.
