Sorry to hear your situation madam .. you should file suit for partition and rendition of account. I will suggest you to engage an advocate in Delhi and initiate legal proceedings at the earliest.

Contact a local lawyer and issue legal notice to his brother to claim your husband share in business and property standing in name of firm

2) if they refuse file suit for partition

3) seek injunction restraining sale of property

File a suit for partition. You and your two daughters are the legal heirs of your husband, and are entitled to inherit his 50gaj in the 150gaj property. Besides, you three collectively have 1/3rd share in other 50 gaj plot as well.

File a case in the court, after sending a legal notice for partition.

Yes, mam you can file a civil case in your city and fight you can win the case. First collect property papers in your husband name. You can search in sub registrar office in your city and get attested duplicate copies of registry after collect documents you may file in civil court for possession suit.

Dear Client,

Kisi bhi complication me mat pado aur koi achcha advocate dekho aur case kar do, STAY mil jayenga , registry ke aadhar par 50 gaj mil jayega aur business me hissa bhi agar patnership deed hai to. Aur documents tumahre paas nai hai to court call karwa lega, ya registrar ke office se tumahre hisse ki certified copy nikalwa lo.

You can issue a legal notice seeking the relief of yor legitimate share in the property.

You can consult a local advocate and proceed as per advise on all such further issues.

Issue a legal notice immediately to the brother of your husband.

If he still does not agree, file a partition suit and seek order for not creating 3rd party rights.
