1. The loalauthority can not restrain himto constrcut the wall.

2.It is a civil dispute and hence you will have to approach the civil court for relief.

3.File a suit for declaration and for injunction to restrain him from making further constructions.

4if you can establish prima face that the wall is getting constructed in your proeprty the court will grant injunction and your grievance will be remedied.

Hi, firstly file a police complaint and tell them to stop your neighbour.. If police fails to take any action , you can also file a civil case of permanent injuction.. Take a stay order from court by filing civil suit .. After obtaining stay order , police will make him stop the work

File RTI application with municipal corporation as to whether building plans have been sanctioned for carrying on additional construction by neighbour

2) if construction is carried out contrary to sanctioned plans then seek demolition of unauthorised construction

If he's trespassed illegally on your land/house, report the matter to the Police and ask them to restrain the culprits from repeating this in future.

Hello,

You may first approach the police station and then you may immediately move to the Lower Court to seek a direction for permanent injunction.

You may file a mandatory injunction suit against the encroaching neighbor seeking to restrain from encroaching and constructing his house in your property.

Before that you may ascertain the extent of encroachment to mention the same in the suit as schedule of property that is under dispute, you may even measure your property with the help of a surveyor for this purpose.
