You should not face any problems in applying for bank job

2) in ssc certificate expanded form of middle name is not reflected

3) you can execute same person affidavit that both yanamadala L Prasad and Yanamadala Laxmi Prasad are one and same person

Shouldn't be a problem. Having said that, if any complication is created during the process of document verification, you may excute and affidavit stating that your full name is Yamanadala Lakshmi Prasad.

Just as a precautionary measure, you may also adduce another identification card like Aadhar which reflects your full name.

You would need court orders to rectify your middle name in ssc certificate if your application is rejected on account of difference in middle name

Bleak chances that they will not consider the affidavit, in my advise publish the same in a leading newspaper also that both the names are of a same person.

it will cause any problem, if any dispute arises you should give an undertaking that identity of person is same. that undertaking should be given on affidavit, it shall be admitted by the authority.

yes, definitely you explain the real fact. I think no one will oppose it. identity of person should be same. if father's name is same then you will not face any problem.

The difference in the name is not a big problem since this is just an expansion of the initial in between your two names.

However since you are worried about it, yo may have an affidavit sworn and kept with the documents. The affidavit should contain that you are known by both the names and these both the names belong to you.

This will take care of any problem that may arise at a later stage.

Hope it is applicable for other government jobs also... and Im planning to take the affidavit along with me during document verification.. If they reject me on that grounds.. what are the chances of succeeding legally...

If this affidavit do not come to yor rescue then you may get the same published in the government gazette publication.

The gazette publication will be sufficient to clear the problems
