we all 4 legalheirs leftout can we get justice
Hii, if your father had not made any WILL, then as per Hindu succession act the property is divided among his wife and children.. If there are total 6 legal heirs then you have 16 percent ( approx) share n the property ..
1. Shareholders book is not a document of transfer of title.
2. On the demise of father his property has devolved through intestate succession on his widow and children equally.
3. The share of a daughter is at par with that of sons. The court will order the division of property through metes and bounds, if the property is divisible physically.
You have an equal share as that of your brother and mother.
If you loose the case, you'll have the option of challenging the verdict in the Higher Court.
Since you are one of the legal heirs to your deceased father, and the same is entered in the books, your name will be included as co-sharer ion the redeveloped building.
If you dont get a favorable reply you may prefer an appeal against the grievances.

You have an equal share i.e., 1/6th share in the property.
